Working with the deeper levels of the mind through hypnotherapy can give us a direct experience of the spiritual dimension. Many things that happen in our lives seem confusing or unfair or left unfinished. As each person finds what is needed for healing in his or her own unique way, a sense of inner peace is restored.

"Teresa" had lost her husband in a tragic accident about a year ago. It was very hard for her to move through the grief because so much had been left unfinished. There were things she wished they could have said to each other, and it was unbearable to her that they never got the chance.

In a hypnosis experience, Teresa went to a beautiful sacred garden and invited the spirit of her husband to join her there. In her vision, he appeared to be radiant and seemed at peace. She felt great reassurance that he was 'alright' in the spiritual dimension. She created the conversation that she needed to have with him and felt much closure and much love. It was a very moving session. After this deep and heartfelt experience, she felt peaceful for the first time since her husband's death and knew she would finally be able to start healing and embrace life again.
