Relief Of Auto Accident Pain

Hi, again,

Linda Wells (of San Francisco) also sent me an account of using EFT for physical pain. It was in response to the "Thumbtack Story" that was shared on the group a few weeks ago. I think it's very interesting that it was apparently the EFT for the emotional aspects of the accident that helped free this client from pain.

She [Susan in the Thumbtack Story] mentions she has tried this on other things but didn't work so well because it needs to be immediate. I worked with one client who was in an auto accident and had a lot of pain. Actually, she couldn't turn her head. She had been to physical therapy, to the chiropractor, to the doctor. Nothing worked. We spent about 45 minutes tapping on various aspects of the pain...including her guilt for putting her children in jeopardy and for her feeling of stupidity and embarrassment, because she had backed into a car at the stoplight. I also had her tap on the index finger for forgiveness, self and others. It worked! She walked out with full range of motion, no pain, and no after effects and no recurrence since May.
