I read through Betty' manual the first time, in a big hurry, because I couldnt wait to see what was on the next page. Now , I am taking a delicious slow journey through it. And I mean a personal journey, as I stop and work on my own issues almost page by page. There are wonderful ideas to work with the inner child etc....
