Fees For Services:

This work is a process and we need ample time in our sessions together. There are three session lengths to choose from.

  • Shorter session: 1 hour - $85
  • Medium session: 90 minutes - $105
  • Long session: 2 hours - $125

I highly recommend that we begin with the long session so that you can experience both EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and hypnotherapy. We record the hypnosis part of the session so that you have a personalized hypnotherapy CD to use at home.

After the first session, most people choose to continue with the medium sessions. These usually give us time to continue to include both EFT and hypnotherapy in each session. The shorter sessions are good when we want to do only EFT or only create a new hypnotherapy CD. The number of recommended sessions and the length of those sessions are very individual matters to be discussed with each person. This work gets results, and a lot is accomplished in each session. Most clients experience noticeable results from the very first session, and the majority achieve their focused goals in 1-5 sessions.

Fees For Phone Sessions:

EFT is very effective by phone. I enjoy doing phone sessions and currently offer them at a special reduced rate. Phone sessions are only $75 for one hour or $90 for one hour and 15 minutes. For an additional $10, I can tape the phone session for you and mail the tape to you. Reviewing the session and tapping along again can give you added reinforcement. As an added bonus, you and I may determine that you would benefit from a personalized hypnotherapy CD based on the phone session. I then create that CD outside our phone session time and mail it to you. The fee for that additional service is currently $65.

Mentoring Service: Please e-mail or call me if you are interested in a mentoring session of any length by phone. I'm available to discuss cases, suggest EFT ideas and strategies and support your own work with EFT. Fees are $1 per minute for any length of time we choose. (I'm a teacher by heart and really enjoy mentoring work.)
